Do I really pay nothing until the day of the tour?
Yes. Choose “Pay on tour day” and you owe $0 today — you settle in cash or card when the van picks you up. It's $10 USD/person more than the reserve-with-deposit price, because we hold the spot without any commitment from you. If you'd rather lock the local price, reserve with a 20% PayPal deposit and pay the rest on the day.
Are these really local prices?
These are the same prices Mr. Chen quotes at the counter in Playa del Carmen — not the marked-up rates in hotel lobbies or on the big booking sites. Mr. Chen works directly with the operators, and the site just lets you lock that price from home.
Is my hotel included in the pickup?
Almost every tour includes round-trip transportation from hotels between Cancún Hotel Zone and Tulum. Tell us your hotel when booking and Mr. Chen confirms your exact pickup time the evening before.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
Free changes and cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup — just message Mr. Chen on WhatsApp. Deposits are refunded in full inside that window. Weather cancellations by the operator are always refunded.
Who am I actually booking with?
With Mr. Chen — a real person who lives in Playa del Carmen and answers his own WhatsApp. He confirms every booking personally, sends your pickup details, and is one message away during your whole trip.
Are park fees and taxes included?
We list any dock fees, park taxes or extras right on each tour page instead of surprising you at pickup. Anything marked “not included” is paid on-site, usually in cash.
Can I book something that isn't on the list?
Yes — private yachts, scuba, horseback riding, whale-shark season trips (June–September), and custom days out are all available. Message Mr. Chen and tell him what you have in mind.
